Welcome to Granger Upstate Images. My focus is on website design and photography in Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina. I was born into a family of photography as my dad was a staff photographer for The Greenville News for over 40 years and was the owner of Granger Studio in Taylors South Carolina. My dad did generations of weddings in the entire state of South Carolina and there are many brides in the area with wedding portraits by Bennie J. Granger. I assisted my dad for many years as I was growing up and learned the art of film images at the age of six when I got my first camera.
I retired from Ford Motor Credit in 2007 after 22 years of service and Joyce and I returned to the upstate after being gone from the area for over 33 years. After living in Atlanta, Baltimore, Detroit and New York , Upstate South Carolina was the the only place we considered moving to. It's great to be home reconnecting with many life-long friends.
